dropping an envelope in the mail. We provide collection kits at

GeneTree has never sold its kits—we only sell results.
GeneTree’s revolutionary home DNA collection kits were
designed to be easy-to-use straight from the package, perfect

Collection Kits have been the choice of thousands of individuals
like you, for collecting quality DNA specimens from the comfort
of their homes.
Our DNA Specimen Collection Kit is the foundation stone behind
all our DNA Testing service offerings.
The DNA Collection Process:
1) Determine which GeneSwab color will correspond to each individual
involved
2) Remove the first color-coded set of three GeneSwabs from its
plastic seal in your GeneSwab™ DNA Specimen Collection Kit
3) Insert the first color-coded GeneSwab into your mouth, carefully
applying the soft cotton head to the inside surface of the cheek
4) Place the first color coded GeneSwab in the included collection
envelope; repeat the process for the second and third GeneSwabs
of the same color
5) (If applicable) Remove additional color-coded GeneSwab sets
and follow the above procedure for any additional individual(s)
involved in the test.
*Important: Be sure to keep swab sets separate following specimen
collection*
6) Add each completed set of GeneSwabs and your completed order
processing form to the provided return envelope, seal and drop
it in the mail
It's that simple!
As quickly as three days following receipt of your DNA testing
specimens, we'll have the answers you've been waiting for; most
importantly, you'll finally know.
At GeneTree, we're proud to consistently deliver peace of mind.

DNA Paternity Testing Services
GeneTree’s DNA testing services are trusted by legal and
medical professionals for answering many types of relatedness
questions. The most common of these genetic relationship questions
involve paternity:
“Am I the father?”
“Is he the father?”
“How can I prove that I am not the father of this child?”
Satisfied GeneTree customers have requested GeneTree DNA Paternity
Tests for a variety of reasons, and for numerous applications.
Literally hundreds of thousands of children are born each year
“fatherless,” with the mother left out in the cold.
Conversely, many mothers are forced to inform expectant fathers
that their newborn child will not truly be theirs.
The sad truth is that many estranged fathers attempt to avoid
their duty to pay child support, conveniently denying their paternity.
Fortunately, GeneTree DNA Paternity Tests can help put an immediate
end to such despicable practices. A GeneTree DNA Paternity Test
is also valuable to those in quite the reverse situation.
A satisfied GeneTree DNA Paternity Test customer provides this
bittersweet story:
"I'm married with two children, but am separated from my
spouse. I've been paying child support for more than five years.
Thanks to GeneTree I was able to do a private DNA test on both
of my children. I was so devastated when I got the Paternity Analysis
Report that I thought I was going to die.
The Paternity Analysis Report read that the probability of paternity
was 0% for both of my children. I took this case to court and
the Paternity Analysis Report served as evidence. It was proven
in court that this DNA test Analysis was true. The court dismissed
the child support and freed me of all responsibilities. Thanks
again GeneTree" - Pedro Hernandez
It often occurs that a child's paternity is laid at the feet
of the wrong man, whose life is being adversely affected by allegations
of abandonment; in such a case, the individual can eliminate himself
absolutely from the possibility of being the child's father. That's
right—a GeneTree DNA Paternity Test can exclude him with
100% certainty.
In the worst cases, an unfortunate woman—or even girl—becomes
pregnant as a result of familial abuse and rape. In such traumatic
situations, determining whether an accused individual is indeed
responsible is an absolute and time-sensitive necessity.
Whether you’re looking to verify one's status as father,
or hoping to definitively rule out such a possibility, a GeneTree
DNA Paternity Test can provide a fast, accurate, and reliable
answer.
DNA Relatedness Testing
In a similar vein, GeneTree’s DNA testing services can help
individuals certify relatedness at several other familial levels,
from siblingship (brothers/sisters; half-brothers/half-sisters)
to grand-parentage; GeneTree's DNA Relatedness Testing can even
provide insights into the probability of extended relationships,
such as cousinship.
Consider this heartwarming account from a sibling of one of GeneTree's
Relatedness DNA test recipients:
"When I was a young girl of 15 my father showed me a photograph
of a boy named Steven and his date at a H.S. Homecoming dance.
Dad told me that he had been given the picture by the boy's mother
and that she'd implied that Steven was his son! My father shrugged
this possibility off, but the instant my eyes scanned the photo
I knew that this young man was my brother.
I vowed to myself to find Steven somehow. I had a little brother
out there and we deserved to know one another. I feared disrupting
his life and planned to wait until we were adults to make my search
for him serious. This past February I finally found my little
brother. He was thrilled to learn he had a big sister and now
calls me his angel. The tricky part was getting my father to accept
Steven as his son.
I went online to find someway to genetically prove to my father
that Steven was his. I came across GeneTree and my search was
over. Somehow, I got my father and new brother in the same room
to perform the quick, easy and painless procedure. One week after
that I could finally prove to everyone else what I already knew
with over 99.9% genetic proof. Thank You GeneTree!!!" - Erica

GeneTree’s DNA Relatedness Testing services even extend
into relationships between known twin siblings. Our Twin Zygosity
DNA Test establishes DNA profiles for a twins set; different profiles
indicate a fraternal twin designation, while identical profiles
permit the calculation of an identical twins probability.
DNA Ancestral Testing
GeneTree’s DNA testing services are also invaluable to those
wanting to learn more about their biological heritage, or simply
confirm the validity of personal or family genealogical studies.
By using DNA from the paternal (mtDNA) and/or maternal (y-chromosome)
lines GeneTree can link population traits, migration patterns
and genealogical characteristics to individuals, giving remarkable
insights into clients’ bloodlines.
GeneTree's Ancestral DNA test participants have sought answers
to a variety of ancestry-related questions. For example, many
predominantly-African individuals have inquired out of curiosity
for the remainder of their ethnic makeup.
Our AncestryByDNA testing services can determine such individuals’
genetic makeup, even providing a percentage profile of Native
American, European, East Asian, and African ancestry. GeneTree's
Ancestral DNA Tests have proven specifically reliable in the legal
verification of Native American Indian ancestry.
This valuable service has also helped countless abandoned and
adopted children make definitive determinations about their true
ethnic background.
Through mtDNA (Mitochondrial DNA) and Y-Chromosome analysis,
individuals can learn—often in acute detail—how their
DNA compares to the genetic makeup of ethnic groups throughout
the world, from both past and present.
For many, these DNA tests are literal life-changing experiences.
SecureGene DNA Banking
As the name implies, GeneTree’s SecureGene DNA Banking service
allows anyone to literally bank their DNA. GeneTree provides complete,
stable storage of your unique DNA blueprint; this distinctive
information is then available for definitive identification purposes
in the future.
Clients can reserve a fully insured space in GeneTree’s
DNA vaults for a 20-year period; viability is guaranteed.
GeneCard DNA Identification System
With our GeneCard identification system, GeneTree collects and
classifies loved ones’ DNA signatures, storing samples for
future verification needs.
By having children’s DNA analyzed and sealed in state-of-the-art
laboratory storage vaults, parents are guaranteed an enduring
and incontrovertible identification resource. GeneTree’s
GeneCard DNA identification system is a particularly ideal means
for adoptive parents to achieve peace of mind concerning the safety
of their children.
Special DNA Extraction Services
GeneTree’s expert extraction technicians are nothing less
than artists at their delicate craft. Viable DNA samples can be
culled by our extraction technicians from items as diverse as
hair roots, toothbrushes, disposable razors and other hygienic
products, as well as a host of dried bodily fluids, including
blood, saliva and semen.
-- Genetics Expertise You Can Trust --
Technical Excellence
Our state-of-the-art laboratory analyzes markers according to
the FBI-developed Combined DNA Index System (CODIS); focusing
on these 13 important genetic signposts helps ensure that results
are accurate and reliable.
We use a dual-sample testing process, meaning every test is conducted
twice; we make doubly sure. This rigid scientific protocol generates
exclusion certainties of 100% and inclusion probabilities exceeding
99.99%.
GeneTree’s DNA testing services are appropriate for use
in making legal determinations, as well as for personal verification;
regardless of the application, clients enjoy the same level of
meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
